Xarodist provides online telematic services, product sales, news publication, and receives or sends information via email from the server with the primary domain xarodist.com and its subdomains. We inform you that information society services cannot infringe upon the following principles: public order, security, public health, and state defense; consumer protection, respect for human dignity and non-discrimination based on race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance; protection of children and youth. Xarodist upholds these principles and, in compliance with the aforementioned Law, we are obliged to cooperate with the competent bodies of the Spanish State that order the cessation of certain services.

 

Commercial communications

 

Likewise, we inform you that spamming, or the sending of unsolicited mail in bulk, is prohibited by the aforementioned law and that at Xarodist we follow a permitted marketing policy. Therefore, we understand that you provide your consent regarding commercial communications by email that we may send you, always in response to a prior and express request on your part to receive commercial information at your email address.

 

We inform you that the basic data (first name or pseudonym and email address) that you provide us when requesting information directly will NOT be used to send you commercial communications or any other type.
